Defcon confirmed for September release

Indie superstars Introversion Software have confirmed their next title, Defcon, will finally see the light in September 2006. After missing their previously announced deadline for April, and having a problematic Alpha/Beta testing phase, it’s good to finally see the War Games inspired title coming out! I know a group of dudes waiting for some online multi-player thermonucleur destruction (of the virtual, digital kind of course).

Curiously, this made me download their other two demos again. As Darwinia was already this polished, I’m really looking forward to War Games uh Defcon.

We were involved with the alpha testing, no gameplay yet unfortunately, but the automated matches sure looked like fun (testing the network code).

Hey, I just wanted to let you know, I really like the written substance on your website. But I am utilising Chromium on a machine running version 9.04 of Ubuntu plus the look and feel aren’t really satisfying. Not a strong deal, I can still essentially read the articles and search for info, but just wanted to inform you about that. The navigation bar is form of challenging to use while using config I’m running. Retain up the superb work!

1st off excellent blog. Im not sure if it has been addressed, but when using Firefox I can never get the entire post to load without refreshing several times. Could just be my connection. Appreciate your work
