
The creator of Grid Wars, an excellent Geometry Wars clone has spoken with Eurogamer about Bizarre’s request he take down his clone and gives us a little insight into some of his design choices. It appears that public opinion swayed him into making the game actually more of a Geometry Wars clone than he really anticipated, proving once again that the customer isn’t always right.

I’m not gonna lie, you’ve lost me right here. I realize that you meant well and you clearly know what youre discussing, but I cant say that I get where youre coming from. In case you want people to fully grasp your ideas, you need to think about the other side of the discussion, too. You have got a lot of knowledge, Ill give you that. But, rather frankly, you turned me off with your tone.
