Small village in the south of France for sale

If you’ve ever wanted to retire in the south of France (and rule your own town), here’s your chance and it’s an amazing one. Built into the ruins of an ancient Roman settlement on the border of the Drome Provencale, this ancient village is up for sale and the price is stunningly amazing. It’s small, only 5 buildings in total, with a total of 5,000 m2 land but “only” 150m2 of living space, it’s a complete miniature village in the south of France, offering a unique level of privacy and charm. Each of the 5 buildings have their own nicknames: “La Cantinette”, Le Pavillon “Nid d’Amour”, “Le Rocher”, “La Grotte” and “La Cuisine d’ete”. Anyone have a spare €257,525 ($327,00) they can loan me?

hey…this is the kind of thing i have been looking for..i am a french citizen itching to go back and live in France…have been looking and looking for a place in the south…my favourite area is Langedoc-Rousillon and Herault but love the whole SW area..can you tell me more about exactly where this village is?? i have a house in the US which i am in th proccess of selling… would love to find a village with 5 houses as i would love for my 4 grown children to follow me…they all have an interest in doing so if there were housing set up…especially my oldest which has a child already.. the idea of old houses with no electricity does not scare me as we have construction experience and would like to set up housing “off the grid” with little or so electricity and depend on solar and wind power and alternative “green” living.

please send any info and let me know if the price is set or if there is flexibility in the price….Who owns the property? the government?? what are towns nearby like?

Also…as far as you group”bunch of nerds” i am going to try and sell my home in Maine by doing an essay “contest”..i have not worked it all out yet but basically…you pay an entry fee….somewhere between $30 and $50 and write to me about WHY you should be the winner of my home in Maine…once i get enough enties…probably a minimum of 10,000 i pick a winner and they win my house….free and clear.
Please let me know if you could help with this… if so…i know a couple selling a huge estate in Bar Harbor Maine right in town and on the water…they are selling their estate for $3,000,000 and are possibly interested in the same idea if it works.

    Thanks in advance
