Featuring regular Ferrell partner in crime, Adam McKay and a hot new actress known only as Pearl, “The Landlord” is a stunning testimony to working class citizens everywhere who have to deal with abusive landlords on a daily basis. The way Ferrell cowers under the mighty onslaught of abuse is brilliant in a way that just screams Oscar.

Will Ferrell movies are fucking awful. The lowest form of comedy involves people trying too hard to be funny. Comedies which involve a self-impressed jackass (an anchorman, a nascar drive, a male model, a basketball player, a ping-pong champ, a dodge-ball captain, ad nauseum) taking himself too seriously are now officially DEAD! Thanks Will for making this schtick so tired with your stupid, stupid career.
