In a story similar to Jurassic Park, only with a better ending, we’re reading more and more about the Fossil Fuel Brewing Company’s prehistoric range of beer. Receiving quite some good reviews, the beer features a unique form of yeast in the recipe, which was culled from ancient fossilized remains. The yeast is said to differ from modern yeast thanks to it’s unique, prehistoric metabolism, restricting it to only a narrow band of carbohydrates, where modern years can consume just about any kind of sugar.
